Terms of Service

Valarvom (the “Company,” “we,” “us”) provides productized digital services — websites, brand identity, search engine optimization, digital advertising, and related work — to businesses worldwide. The Company is founded and operated by Sundaravadivel S, based in Coimbatore, India.

We deliver the services described in your purchased package, exactly as listed at /pricing. Anything not on that list is out of scope. Out-of-scope work is offered as add-ons at à-la-carte rates.

You agree to provide, within the timelines below, everything required for us to deliver:

1. Onboarding form — completed within 3 business days of purchase.
2. Brand inputs — logo (if existing), photos, copy, references — at onboarding.
3. Account access — for any existing accounts we're optimizing (Google Business Profile, social media, hosting, domain registrar) — at onboarding.
4. Verification responses — Google postcards, WhatsApp Business approvals, email DNS verifications — within 48 hours of receipt.
5. Revision feedback — within 48 business hours of preview being shared.
6. Sign-off — within 48 business hours of final delivery preview.

If any of the above is delayed, the delivery clock pauses. We will always notify you in writing (email + WhatsApp). The clock resumes the moment you respond.

Delivery times are guaranteed and measured in business days (excluding weekends and Indian public holidays). The clock starts when you submit the onboarding form, not when you make payment.

• Presence Starter — 7 business days
• Presence Professional — 10 business days
• Presence Premium — 14 business days

Items requiring third-party verification (Google Business Profile postcard, WhatsApp Business API approval, DNS propagation) are excluded from the SLA. We submit promptly; their approval timeline is determined by the third party.

If we miss your delivery deadline (excluding clock-pause periods), you receive a 100% refund. See our Refund Policy for full mechanics, exclusions, and how to claim.

One-time projects (Digital Presence, setup work): at sign-off, you receive complete project deliverables, a handover document, account credentials, a training video walkthrough, and a project completion report describing what is live, what we recommend next, and how to operate everything.

Monthly retainer services (SEO, Promotion): within the first 5 business days of every calendar month, you receive a monthly performance report covering work completed, results achieved (rankings, traffic, leads, ad performance), insights, and the next month's plan.

Once your project is signed off and fully paid, you own all delivered work — source files, content, designs, brand assets, and accounts. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio and case studies unless you opt out in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain governed by their original licenses. We disclose any such assets at handover.

All packages are paid 100% upfront. We accept payment in USD via Stripe (global) and INR via Razorpay (India). All payments are subject to applicable taxes; for Indian customers, GST is added where applicable and an invoice is issued in format VLR-YYYY-NNNN.

Monthly retainers are billed automatically on the same day each month. You may cancel any monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice.

We treat your business data, credentials, and strategy as strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, or expose your information to third parties except where necessary to deliver services (e.g. configuring your hosting, advertising accounts). See our Privacy Policy for specifics.

We do not work with businesses involved in: illegal activity, hate speech, weapons, adult content, multi-level marketing, gambling (where prohibited), or content violating any third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for violations, with full refund of unused services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of all delivered work. You receive a pro-rated refund of any unused pre-paid annual subscription portion.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith mediation first; failing that, by courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers at least 14 days before taking effect.
