Refund Policy

The promise: 100% refund if we miss your deadline. No arguments, no fine print, no negotiation.

The simple version

If we don't deliver your project on time, you pay nothing.

When you qualify for a refund

You qualify for a 100% refund if both of the following are true:

  1. You completed the onboarding form, providing all required inputs.
  2. We failed to deliver by the deadline associated with your tier (7, 10, or 14 business days from onboarding submission).

You may claim a refund at any time after the missed deadline by clicking “Request Refund” in your dashboard.

When the clock pauses (does not count as a missed deadline)

The delivery clock pauses, and the deadline extends accordingly, in any of these cases:

  1. You did not submit the onboarding form within 3 business days of purchase.
  2. You did not respond to a review or revision request within 48 business hours.
  3. You requested a scope addition not in the original package (resumes after add-on purchase, if applicable).
  4. Customer-supplied content or images required for delivery were missing.
  5. Third-party access (existing hosting login, social account password) was required and not provided.

We will always notify you in writing (email + WhatsApp) when the clock pauses, why, and what is needed to resume. We never pause silently.

What is excluded from the SLA (and therefore from refund eligibility)

  • Google Business Profile verification — Google sends a postcard or video verification process that takes 5–15 days. We submit promptly; verification is between Google and your business address.
  • WhatsApp Business API approval (Premium tier only) — handled by Meta and typically takes 2–7 days. We submit; you'll be notified when Meta approves.
  • DNS propagation — 24–48 hours globally after we configure your domain. Site goes live the moment DNS resolves.
  • Email deliverability warming — new domain emails take ~14 days to build sender reputation. We set up everything correctly; deliverability stabilizes naturally.

Monthly retainers (SEO and Promotion)

  • You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time with 30 days' written notice.
  • No refunds are issued on past months delivered — you have received the work.
  • For pre-paid annual plans, you receive a pro-rated refund on the unused portion.
  • Setup fees for monthly retainers are non-refundable once setup work has begun (typically the first 24 hours).

Annual bundles

Annual Growth Packages are paid upfront for 12 months of service. If we miss the initial Presence delivery deadline, you receive a 100% refund of the entire bundle. After the Presence project is signed off, the SEO and Promotion retainer portions follow the monthly retainer policy described above.

How to claim a refund

  1. Log in to your dashboard at app.valarvom.com.
  2. Navigate to the project page for the order in question.
  3. Click “Request Refund.” This triggers a review.
  4. If eligible, the refund is processed via Razorpay or Stripe within 24 hours.
  5. Funds typically reach your card or bank account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.

Disputes

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied, please email hello@valarvom.com with the project details. We will review and respond within 3 business days. We act in good faith and will resolve any honest disputes promptly.
